I have just started my first home building journey with Brian Fahy from Summit Homes and I couldn't be happier to be working with him - his knowledge, patience and understanding have made the process streamlined and clear. Working in construction, I was extremely cautious about building my own home, but Brian has been so responsive and reassuring in guiding me through the process, from picking land, house design and sorting finance - he is so dedicated to getting great outcomes for his clients.

After doing extensive research, we decided to go with Summit Homes (New Generation Homes) and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Our consultant, Brian Fahy, has been fantastic from the start — he picked up on the finer details with our block of land and guided us toward a design that works perfectly. The entire team has been open, honest, and easy to deal with, making the building process smooth and stress-free so far.

So far, so good. Our building consultant, Travis, has been very helpful and informative. He has guided us through the selection process and assisted with modifications to our chosen plan, making the experience smooth and reassuring.
