Took 3 weeks to get my mom's death certificate, when i called they told me they couldn't send me my own mom's death certificate and only my sister could pick it up or get further information. They also lied and said they didn't have the death certificate yet when my sister had literally already picked it up from them. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Our family suffered a tragic loss. New Gen was there for us personally and professionally. I know our loved one can rest in perfect peace. I highly recommend their services.

When my son passed away earlier this year I contacted New Generation. He passed away around 2am and I made a call to them around 4am. I received a call back from Tonya within 30 minutes and from there she took care of everything. She took me step by step of what I should expect to happen. Tonya and her staff were amazing.
