Communication from start to finish was like nothing I have ever experienced. We experienced a little issue during the process of our basement finish ( unrelated to NGC) but they took it upon themselves to resolve the issue before I even knew it was an issue. Our PM Jake was knowingly going to be away on a family matter in the middle of the construction process ( which was communicated ahead of time) and our job was temporarily passed of to Aaron the other PM. We recently had a water leak in our basement and were recommended NGC for completing the restoration of our basement. Everyone at NGC was extremely helpful throughout the project. They made dealing with our insurance provider much easier, especially when we encountered issues with coverage.
