Justin was fantastic very kind and came over right away to address my issue. Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend for all your electrical work!
New Gen Electric was at my home to fix a problem I was having with my outlets. He concluded after looking at only the outlets, that they weren’t working because there was a problem with the connection. He replaced the outlets and was on his way. He did not assess any further even though I had said we were having problems with others in the house and he did not check our electrical panel to make sure there wasn’t a problem there. We had some work completed by these guys back in the summer of 2021. The work itself was great. Justin and Colin were very pleasant and professional. The problem began when we hired them to perform a load calculation for us. This was to be submitted to the county as part of a permit application. When I submitted the numbers to the county (provided by New Gen Electric), their response was literally: "where did you get these numbers from?"
