1. Open only 4.5 days. 2. The same exam I paid $175 for at another eye care place was $434. 3. I was not informed of the cost before the appointment. 4. I asked for contacts - 7 day were recommended. When I asked for a copy of the prescription, and said I had an account at 1-800-contacts, the doctor told me that they would be cheaper. I woke up with an issue with my left eye. I just moved to NC and did not have an established eye doctor. After reading the reviews for New Garden Eye care I can certainly see why they have 5 stars, and it is well deserved. I called that morning at 11a and was seen at 1pm. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Eric Ablott was great. He explained everything that was going on with my eye and started treatment right away and even discussed preventative care.
