Wonderful experience, until it wasn’t. Went in for a routine physical and blood panel for and insurance discount that my employer was offering. Unbeknownst to me the physician (Dr Hershel) ordered a full comprehensive diagnostic blood panel, which changes the coding and left me on the hook for around $1700. More insulting is that after months of back and forth with them and the insurance company, last year I was informed that the matter had been resolved. Surprise! Professional people, at their front desk a pleasure to talk to to get set up with their office!. Nice staff!.
This is a great clinic for people who need something asap. I have seen multiple people from this clinic, and so has family members. Everytime i call i can get in within the day if not the next morning. Libby is always smiling ( yes you can even hear it on the phone) Melanie (fossum's Nurse) will always call you back promptly rather it be test results or refills needed or even just to check up on how a procedure went or if a referral place has called you.
