Wish I could give this place a zero in stars. I received a bill today from Rock Creek Imaging for a 20 wk ultrasound but the bill states a 14 wk ultrasound. Billing is a joke, it's been a year and this is the first bill I've received from them even though they state that this is my final notice. Something fishy is definitely going on with this company. The girls in the facility are absolutely phenomenal but as far as the billing department what a JOKE!!!!! Received a bill for $5000 today 2/15/22 that was sent out 2/7/22 yet I have 10 days to pay the bill within the statement date 2/7/22 How the hell do you expect people to pull 5k out of thin air when you people don’t even have the decency to send statements sooner for urgent payments. I agree with jenny m, their billing gets a big fat zero. They didn't even file and I didn't get the bill until two months after the service date. Also, my mammogram was positive and therefore I had to get a second one, which I got in Idaho Falls at Mt. View Hospital (much better service). They filed and of course got paid because the first mammogram was never filed, so now I have to pay for the Rock Creek mammogram, which was billed at twice as much. This is so wrong. :((
I have been to Rock Creek Medical Imaging, for multiple images. I have had MRI’s and mammograms, the staff is always so nice and welcoming! I would highly recommend them for any of your imaging needs!
