I’ve had a great experience with New Friends of Florence. I had a dear friend placed earlier this year and they not only welcomed him with open arms but also continued love and support throughout his time with them. All the staff were great and more than accommodating no matter the time, day or night. They communicated everything so clearly and when something needed broken down more or it was ok and they didn’t mind. Food was great and company was also welcome and encouraged to join. do not send your family here! staff treats patients horribly..mocking the patients and stealing their belongings. male staff try to barge in while female patients are bathing. they speak poorly of patients who have passed away in front of current patients. the things I've witnessed are beyond words. if a patient or even family were to contact authorities it's quickly dismissed as they will blame the patients for having alzheimer's or dementia..wouldn't wish this on anyone's loved ones..

New Friends is a wonderful place for your loved one to call home! They have great staff, a new management company and a home like environment.
