Dr. Jess is amazing. I went to see her for a fever that wouldn’t break. She did an exam and sent me to the hospital immediately. I was in the middle of a thyroid storm, admitted to the hospital for two weeks which resulted in a total thyroidectomy. She saved my life sending me to the hospital when it was needed. She has continued to treat my family and me for the past year and a half.
I have been going here for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. Dr. Jess and Dr. Allen actually take their time with me and research to figure out the best course of action. I also love that I can email them. They operate as my primary care doctors, and urgent care when needed. One time I needed wax build up removed from my ear, and I was able to get in within a day and Dr. Jess removed it.
