Dr. Jess is amazing. I went to see her for a fever that wouldn’t break. She did an exam and sent me to the hospital immediately. I was in the middle of a thyroid storm, admitted to the hospital for two weeks which resulted in a total thyroidectomy. She saved my life sending me to the hospital when it was needed. She has continued to treat my family and me for the past year and a half.
I have been going here for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. Dr. Jess and Dr. Allen actually take their time with me and research to figure out the best course of action. I also love that I can email them. They operate as my primary care doctors, and urgent care when needed. One time I needed wax build up removed from my ear, and I was able to get in within a day and Dr. Jess removed it. Great family medicine provider. Dr. Allen and all her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Plus part is that the monthly membership fees are very reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a change.
I found New Freedom in May of 2022. I had been suffering from sinus issues and was about to have a sinus procedure when I came to New Freedom. Dr. Jess listened carefully and put me on medication that cleared it up . In this visit she also noted I had a heart murmur that not any other physician had informed me I had.
