Terrible customer service!!! Never had any issues with my 2021 Dodge Ram until I took it here to have an IID installed. They told me when I got there to pick up my truck that the temp sensor was out and when I drove away it said my hood will still open which it wasnt. I called and he said sorry we dont do nothing for free 🤦
I would rate zero stars... dude I talked to on the phone started freaking out over a simple question and now won't return any calls.
They do an amazing job
Every time I have called anything, they conveniently will not do my need. one of the things spark plugs which everywhere does it when I called and tried to talk to him, they kept telling me off And they refused to Do any work.
