New Found Life saved my life. I am eternally grateful to the staff and program. I went through NFL a few years ago and am still sober today. I had struggled for numerous years and although it took me a few attempts at getting clean, NFL taught me the skills and tools to live a successful drug/alcohol free life. My experience with New Found Life has been excellent and I cannot thank the staff enough for not giving up on my son whom tested their skills thoroughly during his recovery. We were recommended to NFL by a family friend who had prior success with his son at NFL. We were at a dead end saving my son’s life. NFL is run in a top down fashion. The residents have very little interaction with the management. Below the management are councilors who are assigned a fraction of the residents and then MOD’s, short for managers on duty, who do the day to day work of running and interacting with the residents. You will spend 80% of you time in the exclusive company of the MOD’s, who consist of members of the recovery community and NFL alumni. Awesome Place for Recovery – This professionally managed and operated community helped to save my life! hard core addicts – This rehab is fine for long term hard core users that have been homeless or in prison. It is a six month program, not a 27 day rehab. It is run like a boot camp with no privilages, which is fine if you need to relearn life skills like cleaning and cooking. There are no real counselors, the program runs itself by sending you to AA meetings up to 7 a day without a break.
