Taking my business elsewhere, employees are rude and not helpful whatsoever. Not to mention the place is filthy and smells horrible , like nothing I’ve ever smelt before .
Worst experience at New Fords Auto. The employee had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen—rude, dismissive, and acting like we were bothering him just by walking in. These kind of people deserve no business, plenty of other decent shops in the area
Had a flat tire and was putting my spare on myself in the parking lot right next to the garage. I had one lug bolt stuck and walked over there and asked to borrow a better wrench than what I had in my car for a moment — not free labor, not a repair, not hand-holding. They refused unless money was involved. No help, no courtesy, just a nasty attitude and a cash-first mentality. Watching someone struggle a few feet from your shop and refusing to help unless you can squeeze a few bucks out of them says everything about the kind... read more
These guys do excellent work and that best part is you don't have to worry about anything shady because they aren't just great mechanics they are good human beings.
