I wasn’t going to leave a review but everyone I’ve told this story to has pushed me to due to the sheer ridiculousness. My car broke down a fortnight ago. RACV told us it was the alternator, and so we sourced one. We spoke to someone on the phone who agreed they are happy to change the alternator. Firstly, we got a call asking how to open the bonnet, which was the first red flag.
