What a wonderful group of professionals. I was a client at Bogata Health Clinic and sadly we recently lost Mary Lynn. New Focus has taken many of the Bogata Health Clinic clients and made our transition seamless to continue our HRT. I could not be more pleased with how my appointment went. I was two months behind on my pellets and am more than certain my filter has been non-existent. Thank you New Focus for tolerating me during this transition.
I adore Alyssa at New Focus!!!! and the rest of the staff are I guess ok haha just kidding but really this place is so accommodating and nice!!!! Alyssa answers all of my questions and her facials are amazing along with her customer service! Candice is the sweetest and so caring and Ashley is super quick and explains everything she’s doing!! I will continue to do business there and I keep adding services!

I can’t recommend this place enough! My facial made a huge difference in my skin—it's never looked or felt better. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also so genuinely sweet and caring. You can really tell they love what they do and care about your skin and your comfort. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!
