We had our home painted with New Flex in 2022, our doors our peeling and our deck had to be stained again this summer. Initially I was just disappointed in their lack of attention to detail (they would leave paint splatters on windows, trim etc) they also stained our deck and it started to downpour as they finished…. They refused to add another coat of stain, stating the first coat had already dried the minimum of one hour and a second coat wasn’t really necessary.
