I consulted with Mark to see if he could clean a large area rug. It was a beautiful West Elm Souk wool rug, fairly new and expensive. It was white with a thin grey stripe lattice pattern. There was an area on one corner that showed foot traffic, but other than that it was not stained at all. His attempt to clean it ruined the rug!
