Very beautiful venue me and my wife loved the Mountain View as well as the barn itself. However the staff was rude the day of the wedding not only to me but to my wife and our family members. The planning and meeting up to was almost impossible due to lack of communication as well as the lack of answering the phones or even voicemails for that matter. The day before our wedding for the rehearsal it was so stressful and the team members that were there also was no help for the situation given.
A beautiful, family run wedding venue. The Barraclough family is wonderful to converse with and works well with each other. Autumn & Amber, the sisters who manage it, have always been prompt in their responses and make the experiance a delight. My wedding is in November, but the service up until now has been extraordinary and I can't help but be thankful for them through the stresses of wedding planning.
