Bought out from a great practice now turned to a inefficient business with poor administration. Ive called multiple times and showed up in person twice and filled out the correct forms to ask my records to be transferred to my provider. Edit to respond: I was never in clear communication until after my file was pulled and ready for pick up after multiple attempts via phone and in person requests and using the app was never mentioned.
If i was just rating the providers, this would be a five star review. The two providers were have seen here are great. The receptionists are nice too. However, the place is very bad with communication and follow up. I had to chase them down for 5 days about a nebulizer. The company that provides the device reached me multiple times saying they are awaiting information from the doctors office. My daughters come to Bebe care, but sometimes the assistants are so rude for no reason . I forgot my insurance card and they made the biggest deal about it, and they were being so rude, after me a lady came in and she mentioned to forgot to bring the insurance card, the lady in the front was like it’s okay just bring it next time . Kim Hart and Mariaol are both absolutely stellar! We have not found any pediatricians who seem to actually care about us and our children. She was very respectful about our choices not to vaccinate our kids. The entire staff and team there were so kind to my 4 year old son and our baby. I am so happy to have FINALLY found a great pediatrician who truly loves her job.
