Took a suit in to get cleaned for a wedding. The lady was super nice and helpful!
I have been a customer for New Fashion Cleaners for over five years. Recently, I submitted three clean shirts for pressing. Upon collection, I noticed a brownish stain resembling an ironing burn on one shirt. When I politely raised this issue, the wife who was at the front claimed the stain was present at drop-off. I respectfully disagree with this assertion for the following reasons: 1. The shirts were inspected upon drop-off with no issues noted. 2.
