These guys are terrific! They know their stuff very well. Extremely smooth installation with comprehensive explanations and intstructions. They have excellent support. If you are in Arkansas and interested in setting up a solar array, New Farm is my number one recommendation.
We had this team out to take down our solar before our new roof was installed and then to reinstall the solar after the new roof. These guys are top notch. Customer service is phenomenal, attention to detail, and the care they took with the roof was also great to see. Super thankful for all the hard work they did for us! Our system is large and not an easy job, they more than exceeded our expectations.
I live off the grid in a very rural valley in the Ozarks. When my eight+ year old lead acid battery bank began to fail, it failed suddenly. I'd prepared for a need to replace it but thought I might be limping along on my generator for some time before I could get a new bank installed.
