How anyone could rate this place less than 5 stars is beyond me. Dr Laura Rosenberg has been my doctor for about 14 years now and my 12 year old daughters doctor since she was born. She’s amazing, she keep close attention to detail and always takes my concerns extremely seriously- no matter how trivial they are. I truly feel like she’s always in my corner advocating for me with every referral she makes. Dr white delivered my sisters and I, as well as all of our children. He was amazing. Ever since new doctors entered the office it’s gone down tremendously. I have had 4 kids delivered and followed by this doctor’s office (meaning they’re making money off of my family through OHIP). I recently moved an hour away and it’s too hard to make appointments. I have been a patient for 30 years!!!! TODAY I left because the secretary wouldn’t let me speak to my doctor DR ALVIN CHAN! I wanted to simply speak with my doctor over the phone I have been seeing his father for 30 years he has now taken over his fathers business but the secretary wouldn’t let me speak or even notify him that I wanted to speak him. Very unprofessional and unkind. I will be finding a new family doctor and I informed her of this since each time I asked to speak to him she refused me.
Dr. Lianne Butterfill. Avoid this doc at all costs. Zero bedside manner. Rushing like a wind. No consideration for the elderly. No sure how this is OK in a health care setting. Wish I read the reviews about her before booking. Would never recommend to anyone.
I have been going there for years. My doctor is Lara Rosenberg, Dr. Assistant is Erika. The two make a great team, I get the best attention possible. If it was possible to rate them more than 100% I would. They are that Good to me.
