Ed and the guys at New Family Auto are extremely reliable and respectful! As a woman walking into a mechanic’s shop, other places can feel intimidating, but New Family is warm and welcoming. Their expertise is clear and their explanations of repairs are thorough. Highly recommend them for all of your tune-ups, repairs, and inspection needs!
Had a great experience. I came in for an oil change and the service was very quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. Staff was very friendly, especially Ed. I watched him handle 5 cars at once like a pro while still tending to the phone. Very professional and VERY reasonably priced. Ed replaced a speaker for me, and worked with my schedule flawlessly. The work was complete quickly, and he even vacuumed my car for me! Will definitely be returning!!
