Agree with the other commenters who said they felt like their cars were held hostage. Took me a week to get my car back which is tough when I commute to work and every time I called with a question about a quote or when it would be done they would say we will call you right back and never call. Work on the car seems fine though and when I did get the guy on the phone he was very nice.
