Woody and company have repaired our family cares for years--they accommodate requests and do a top-notch job working with or without insurance companies. Work completed in timely manner and well done.
Do not use this shop! They charged for repairs that were not done and sent me a bill after the work was completed and paid in full. I recieved a bill for $500 extra. They are a ripoff and I am taking them to small claims court. they also billed my insurance company for parts that weren't even replaced!
My grandmother got into an accident while visiting with our family in New Fairfield. Of course the initial shock and all the calls that needed to be made, left her completely shaken up. Neighbors recommended N.F auto body and 30 minutes later AAA towed the car to them. They were so kind and accommodating, and it made my grandmother feel much better. The car was completed a week later and looks brand new. They have a customer for life!!!!
I have been taking my cars to Woody for years. He goes out of his way to accomodate, and delivers a perfectly repaired vehicle every time. I cannot tell you how highly regarded Woody and Company are in the community!
Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Never rips you off. I have sent the car in for things to get replaced and have found that it was something totally different for a quarter of the price. He could have just done what I asked and charged me a fortune and I would not have known the difference. Very please every time.
