I been buying windows and doors from new Era Windows Cooperative for the past 2 year's I have never had a problem with my orders, they always have my orders right and on time I want to give a big thanks to all the employees at new era for the great customer service they provide and the excellent job they do. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH NEW ERA WINDOWS COOPERATIVE!
Bad experience they are so rude and unprofessional. Always get my order wrong. This is why I changed company at this point. Yes the prices are cheap but no the best quality.
We sourced custom casement windows for the storefront of our bookstore from New Era and were absolutely thrilled. Great experience working with them, excellent customer service and a high quality, attractive product that's holding up extremely well. An awesome company, and a real bonus that it has such a great worker-owned structure.
