I googled window washers and settled on Chris, owner of New Era Window & Gutter Cleaning. (He also does moss removal.) After talking on the phone with 2 other businesses, I chose Chris' business because he is local, his prices were competitive, and I was impressed by his knowledge & experience about the pitfalls that can occur with moss removal. Had ALOT of fireworks debris on the roof from the neighborhood 4th. Called Chris and he came the next day. Did a marvelous job on the roof clearing and blasted out the gutters. Excellent job done swiftly
I've never had a window cleaner and I always thought I could do it myself! WRONG. I hired New Era with Chris and I couldn't be happier! Chris was professional with his prompt emails and price quote. My windows inside and out are so clean, I guess I didn't realize how badly they needed to be done! Tom did the service and he was very gracious, honest and friendly! Even my screens look fantastic! I've asked to be put on his re-call list as this will be a staple for us! Thank you, Chris and Tom!
