New Era came in and demo’d my current flooring and then installed new wood look ceramic tiles. From the start, Javier and his men were professional, efficient, and timely. Javier communicated regularly and clearly, so my expectations were in line with the work. This crew of gentlemen work hard, are artists and took care of my home. I made my tiles and wanted them to be installed well. Javier and his helpers were great!
We had Javier and his crew at New Era Tile install saltillo tile in three bedrooms, including baseboards, to match the tile in the rest of the house. Once I reached out to them for a quote, I received a call to set up an appointment to estimate the job the following morning. A quote was received the afternoon of the appointment. New Era came through for me when my previous contractor vanished. Javier came for an estimate the day I called and they started work the next morning. He and his crew did a great job on 2 difficult custom installations. They showed up every day, on time, until the work was done. I will be using them for a third job soon. Highly recommend!
Javier and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had a relatively small but critical repair job -- broken tiles on the kitchen floor -- which they were happy to take on. Javier communicated quickly and frequently to arrange the work. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. We recommend New Era Tile and are eager to work with them again.
