I didn’t file my taxes here. I had some issues with my taxes and the guy who filed them didn’t explain them to me. So I walked in looking for someone to help me and there was this guy in there that started asking questions made me laugh and before you know it he fixed my problem. I had this problem for 2 months and these guys fixed it in minutes. Thank you Matt for all your help. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I will be filing my taxes here from now on.
Unfortunately this company is under the microscope for mishandling my tax returns... My history with them had been uneventful until I entrusted them with my original paperwork for the 2022 tax year-which they first acknowledged having and subsequently couldn't find. I had my taxes done by Matthew, and I had an excellent experience! Matt is very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. He explains was he is doing which puts you at ease. This was my first time going to Era, but it certainly would not be the last. I have become a recurring client!
Definitely a place you need to go to for your taxes. Owed a crazy amount and not got that fixed but ended up getting money back for this year and last year. Absolutely the best.
Super fast and amazing services. When you go there ask for Matt he is Super professional and really takes care of you. Also he is a wrestling fan too, 4 letters one word MATT!!!!!!
