I went in to New Era Tax Services today as a new client and they did not disappoint. Matt made me feel so comfortable and did a great job explaining things to me step by step. I will be recommending this company to friends and family. I’m so happy my parents referred me to this team!
I have doing my taxes with them. For so many years. When they were on Myrtle Avenue. Very nice and very polite people. Sometimes a little on the goofy side. But that’s cool.
Unfortunately this company is under the microscope for mishandling my tax returns... My history with them had been uneventful until I entrusted them with my original paperwork for the 2022 tax year-which they first acknowledged having and subsequently couldn't find.
