My Toyota had paint peeling off in huge strips. The team at New Era did a complete strip and respray. They were extremely helpful, took the time to explain the process in detail, expected outcome etc. so there were no surprises. Picked the car up today, New Era have gone above and beyond and the car is looking like new. Excellent work, excellent team. Thankyou so much for everything.
I had some minor damage to my car from a parking garage and someone recommended I go to New Era. I went there near close of business on a Friday afternoon with the simple intention of getting some advice on how to fix it and they dropped everything and sorted it out for me on the spot! I was absolutely amazed! New Era are a fantastic body shop who do top quality work and are ran by an awesome, friendly and generous team. I can't recommend them highly enough - go see them!

I took my car in for a quote and was told photos would be taken and pricing would be provided. After that, I followed up multiple times over several weeks and received no response or update. I even arranged time off work based on the information I was given, only to be left waiting. Very disappointing communication and customer service. Honest and great team. They helped me with touching up a stone chip so friendly the whole time and the owner was great with explaining a full bonnet respray would be needed for complete fix without noticing but offered to do a paint touch up as another alternate option for now. This business came highly recommended from a friend and I would recommend them also. Thanks again
