I had some minor damage to my car from a parking garage and someone recommended I go to New Era. I went there near close of business on a Friday afternoon with the simple intention of getting some advice on how to fix it and they dropped everything and sorted it out for me on the spot! I was absolutely amazed! New Era are a fantastic body shop who do top quality work and are ran by an awesome, friendly and generous team. I can't recommend them highly enough - go see them!

I took my car in for a quote and was told photos would be taken and pricing would be provided. After that, I followed up multiple times over several weeks and received no response or update. I even arranged time off work based on the information I was given, only to be left waiting. Very disappointing communication and customer service. Honest and great team. They helped me with touching up a stone chip so friendly the whole time and the owner was great with explaining a full bonnet respray would be needed for complete fix without noticing but offered to do a paint touch up as another alternate option for now. This business came highly recommended from a friend and I would recommend them also. Thanks again
