I called New Era on the off chance they might be able to help me restore my old Pokémon Gameboy Color cartridges by replacing the batteries, and they delivered! Quick turnaround, reasonable pricing, and all three games are back in working order and playable once again. Very positive experience and really appreciate Juan’s help!

I've had such a positive experience with New Era Repair! I needed my phone battery and my charging port connector replaced. Service was quick and at a reasonable price! They even went the extra mile and delivered it to my home directly since I needed my phone for work. Will definitely go back again for any future repairs I need!
Juan is awesome! I brought in my ipad with a pretty badly broken screen that needed some extra precision with the repair and he totally killed it. The communication, customer service and transparency were all wonderful and I would recommend anyone needing repairs to give him a call!!
