I have to weigh in. No employer that has any ethic should use this company. I am currently quite happy with my job. Today, after one of their recruiters called me twice, I picked up the phone and said “What!” The next thing you know I am being told I should remove my resume from various sites, like “Career Builder” if I’m not looking for work. A week ago one of their sales reps contacted me for a job (chris). He asked if I was interested in a position. We both established that the pay was not acceptable to me. He then confirmed my email address and asked me to forward my resume to him. I said that I don't just email my resume to random recruiters, he annoyingly asked, "WHY?". BEWARE! Recruiters should not be like this - pumping you for current organization information or your confidential information is not normal. I got contacted by two separate individuals if this isn't a scam at minimum it is not a company you want to support or be affiliated with in the future.
