Very disappointed with the lack of communication and action from this agency/property manager. We have sent multiple emails and also called regarding ongoing issues with a recently leased property across from us, including constant dog barking throughout the day and night and ongoing disturbances from multiple occupants coming and going. Despite raising these concerns more than once, we received no response to our emails, and when we called, staff appeared completely unsure how to handle the situation.
