New Era added a spa to our existing pool - installed our heater - and matched tile to our existing pool tile - and the work was done professionally and it’s gorgeous - we were using another service for cleaning and maintenance but changed to New Era about a year ago and we couldn’t be happier

While at first they did a great job we began to get complaints the pool and hot tub were dirty. Out of the blue they cancelled our service and stated it was done because “they couldn’t service it they way we needed”. All we asked is that our guest had a desirable pool and hot tub for their stay. When they complain we expected New Era to fix the issue, not drop us because of their neglect. They were completely unprofessional in their addressing complaints.

Never had any pool work done, but one of the people that drive the truck with the advertisements all over it just cut me off doing at least 90 miles an hour on i95 south. Terrible, I hope your drivers don’t always do this.
