Anthony was on time, friendly and professional. He fixed the problem in a short amount of time. He made sure everything worked well before he left. I would definitely use New Era Plumbing again.
I was impressed that New Era Plumbing responded so quickly after I posted a request for service. Their plumber arrived as expected and was very friendly. At this point, I have no reason to question the quality of his work. My problem occurred when he offered me my options. Unfortunately, he was not clear at all.
