This is the second time this year that I've called New Era, and the customer service and quality of work have been fantastic. After a minor issue that I called the office about this time after service, Danny came out and rectified it fast and efficiently. He made sure I was happy with the result. He is *very* COVID-19 cautious, by the way, so I have been very comfortable having him enter my home. Very professional service all around.

The owner is very nice and courteous and tried very hard to please me, but was unable to deliver because he was rarely at the job site and his workers left on their own, an were chaotic. I agreed to have some heat pumps and other work contracted for $45,000 installation and new insulated metal ducting for a high efficiency system. Problems started first with outside. I had to call and ask to speak to the manager. I had to let them know how happy I was with the service I received! Taryn calmed me on the phone and told me she had a technician available to come right out and check on my water heater that was flooding my basement. They had to replace it and finished up by the end of the day. I couldn't be more thrilled with the whole team. Thank you all!
