We had Mike take a look at our old electric water heater. He recommended going with a tankless. They did a fantastic job! He also recently replaced my pump system for the basement bath. They were on time and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to all.
Mike is super responsive. Knows his stuff. And does good work. He took care of a few leaks I had quickly and was professional about it all!
I was in an emergency situation with all the rain and did not know the landscaper hit the sump pump pipe and sheared it off. Basement was filling up with water. Called New Era and spoke to Mike Lajaunesse- he came right away and in the pouring rain fixed both the pipe issue and the sump pump. So now all good. Mike is a great plumber very knowledgeable and he tells you what’s needed to do things the right way. No short cut bullshit. Just straight up fix it right and no problems down the road.
