Had an APPOINTMENT at 0800 for a preemployment physical. It’s 1000 and I’m still sitting here waiting To see the provider. This whole appointment should not take more than 15-20 minutes. I’ve been here 2 hours and it is still not completed. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of patients time. My company removed them from the list of useable facilities due to this disrespect and unprofessionalism. As a healthcare provider, appointments should never be delayed this long.

Shortage on physical therapist, right now they only have one. Would be nice to have known this from the start and not wait 3 weeks. Then the receptionist didn’t bother asking us if the times were okay with us she just scheduled us. Sad because it looks like a very nice clean place.
I travel from Roswell to Carlsbad to get my pain meds and all the staff treat me as family, and in return I treat some with a lifesaver, all the staff at New Era are very professional and friendly, I wouldn't want to go any where else for pain management, thanks to Dr. Addy, Reggy, oh can't forget the nurses, thank you all and God bless, in Jesus name Amen.
New Era is an asset to Carlsbad. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility and equipment is impressive. I highly recommend it.
