Never charge for in needed parts and great customer service

Excellent couldn't?be happier Mike really knows what he's doing
Terrible customer service and communication and even worse tuning skills. New era is a joke. Not only were they unable to get me a good base tune they tried to charge $386 for diagnostic fees for 1 hour and 12 minutes of labor. They also couldn't tell me what they diagnosed or why they couldn't make a tune. Mike wouldn't even try to explain what he was charging me after I told the counter person i wouldnt pay without an explanation. Mike just left and stated then dont pay its free. Completely unprofessional.
