I have been to New Era quite a few times. Always get the queen for a day. Sue does an excellent job. Always clean, relaxing, and just a great overall experience.
Sue the owner has magic hands. You leave there with no aches. She also gives the best facial. I left looking 10 years younger. It was amazing.
This place is a very poorly run organization. After a couple of good interactions I put $500 down for a package. Then when I called and left repeated messages for appointments none of the calls are returned. Then at two straight appointments were canceled and the last appointment I was late and the therapist left without a text or phone call. I will not go back. Do not be fooled into paying anything in advance by this company. They are completely unreliable. I will lose $300 and a hard lesson.
Rita did a great job!!!! my lower back had been hurting for 3 weeks when I left there was no pain and I felt GREAT Will be going back again!!!!!
