LOVE this place. Sue the owner is amazing. The prices are perfect for my budget, which I love since I am a hairdresser and always in need of a good massage. Hidden Gem for sure!!!
Very poor customer service on the owner’s end. She will not return phone calls, emails, etc. I truly feel for the receptionist because she is doing her job well; However, the manager’s behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I just had to dispute a charge for services I DID NOT receive for a massage I purchased in March 2025. My husband and I went in person to resolve this peacefully. I had an incredible massage with Sue! She was so kind and attentive, really taking the time to listen to what areas I needed help with. Her technique was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic, and I could feel the difference immediately. I left feeling refreshed and completely recharged. I can’t recommend them enough!
If I could give this place a zero star I would. I've gone here for years. Honestly the staff is good at what they do but I purchased a package on June 20th 2025. I paid the owner Sue 470.00 up front four 5 massage to use within a year. I scheduled all my appointments in advance. When it came time for my massage she had every excuse in the world.
