Good builder, used to live in their Newmarket development. They are honest, they resolved a property tax discrepancy my lawyer failed to catch. Good layouts and much better standards than most builders.

It has been 2 years since we moved to our new home which we bought from New Era Builder. We haven't had any technical problem, and they are always available to support for any issue. Joe and Juliana both are amazing.
We bought a beautiful home from New Era in Newmarket and it was everything we ever hoped for! My fiance and I went directly to the builder (bypassed dealing with real estate agents), and spoke to Juliana Orsi. She was absolutely wonderful - helped us navigate the world of real estate as first home buyers, was incredibly personable & customer focused, and answered all of our silly questions and concerns.
