Watched a fratelli homes/new era car suddenly cut across 2 lanes of traffic on mitchell freeway to get onto whitfords ave exit. Right in front of a car that had to slam on brakes to avoid a 3 car pileup at100kph. Nice.
Building a home can be stressful, but Fratelli Homes made the process much easier than we expected. Communication was clear and the team was always supportive during the build. We’re really happy with how our new home turned out and appreciate all the effort from the Fratelli team.
We just received the keys for our new home built by New Era Homes, and are so happy with the quality of our build. Build was 8.5mths from slab down. We demolished our old house, and got the keys to our new home in 51 weeks!! We cannot fault the team at New Era Homes. Our site supervisor, Brock and client liaison, Jessica, were beyond amazing. EDIT: New Era were prompt in addressing all these issues as well as apologetic that they happened in the first place. Everything ended amicably and my wife and I are happily living in our new house. Thanks team! Two stars only because of the exceptional admin staff who I cannot fault. I'll do my best to give a fair and unbiased review without hyperbole or intentional omissions.
