Don’t build this company!! We have had a very poor experience with New Era Homes. Sand was dumped on our land by them — they admitted it was theirs at first, then later denied responsibility and refused to remove it. For over two months we were dragged along with empty promises and excuses, and the situation was never resolved. I was originally signed with a different builder who had run into problems, and New Era stepped in and agreed to build my home for the same price, despite price increases. They were very responsive to messages and completed the build to an excellent standard and in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
