Could not be happier with New Era Homes! Our slab went down in April 2024 and we moved in at the end of December 2024! The finish in our home is incredible and the inclusions, fixtures, and appliances are so high end. Their communication is top notch and they’re so happy to help with whatever you need. I recommend them to everyone who even mentions they’re thinking about building. Thank you for making building our first home a wonderful experience!
I am glad I chose New Era Home as my builder. The Admin process and the build journey may have some bump but it was attended to quickly. Communication process is prompt and easy. We have our budget set out and had a corner lot so went with customs build and happy we get the items that's on our lists. We love our home and love that there is no stress after hand over. Would I build with them again? Yes :)
I've been living in my new home built by New Era for just over two months and cannot put into words how happy i am with my home. Not only did they build my home in 9 months, it's been done to a high standard and their aftercare since key handover has been excellent. I've received so much positive feedback from family and friends that have been to my home, New Eras selections and range provided the opportunity for me to build a unique and beautiful home.
