EDIT: New Era were prompt in addressing all these issues as well as apologetic that they happened in the first place. Everything ended amicably and my wife and I are happily living in our new house. Don’t build this company!! We have had a very poor experience with New Era Homes. Sand was dumped on our land by them — they admitted it was theirs at first, then later denied responsibility and refused to remove it. For over two months we were dragged along with empty promises and excuses, and the situation was never resolved. On top of that, we now face potential charges from our builder if the site is not cleared, even though the issue was caused by New Era Homes.
