Cody built us our forever home. Options were endless, we could get whatever we wanted and did. Cody was constantly checking in with us and his crews were professional. We stopped in regularly and were always met with helpful crews, whether it was the framers, carpenters, painters, etc. First dig to moving in was less than 6 months, which is essentially unheard of for a custom build. What could have been a very stressful experience was anything but. Highly recommend and could go on and on!

We had an amazing experience with New Era Homes! Cody and his team added a beautiful butler’s pantry to our kitchen and built me a custom office space, and both turned out even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process exceeded our expectations. Their subcontractors were also fantastic to work with. We would absolutely recommend New Era Homes to anyone looking for high-quality renovation or new construction work!

After 20+ years in Minnesota, we decided to move back to the Indianola area and build a home on our family farm. We met with 3 local builders prior to starting construction.
