Great guys - honest and accountable. They came to do an install on a job I was working and found they had made a mistake in the cut. They fessed up to it and then did everything they could to make it right including ordering a whole new slab on their dime as to recut the piece. Great to work with and refreshing when folks don't try to pass the blame but instead solve the problem in an accountable fashion. Highly recommend.
Very professional with attention to detail. For us, they went above and beyond expectations. This is the second major project we have done with New Era. Cannot go wrong!
I highly recommend New Era Granite Inc if you are looking to install new countertops. Excellent communication, customer service, and craftsmanship. We loved how we were able to see a mock design of exactly what the countertops would like with all of the veining in place. Efficient and timely installation as well.
