i visited New Era gems the other day and i think i found my new fave shop to visit!! lol...the selection of rough they have is top notch and the lady ( i think her name is Marsha) who helped me was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the rough i was looking at...i spoke with her ahead of time about some of the things was interested in..by the time i got there she has those items already pulled out and waiting for me...that's customer service right there....thank y'all for the hospitality!!!!
