The people at New Era Electro Service are great, dealt with a bloke named Rhys who I purchased a transformer from. Ridiculously good quality for the price and really knowledgeable too. Will definitely return for anything electrical.

Service staff have hot tempers and poor manners EDIT: this review is not a reflection on services provided by this company merely a observation and feedback of how the staff act towards other businesses. This was relayed to the management team at the time by phone call.
These guys replaced a broken motor I had in one of my machines. I dealt with Anthony over the phone and at the front desk, he was great. Friendly service and very helpful, highly recommend!
I had an issue with an OLD battery charger for a fork lift. Old mate knew the product inside and out. Within minutes we had the issue sorted and our customers with a solution moving forwards. Excellent service and extremely helpful.
