My company was with them for few years and they just keep getting worst and worst. I had multiple clinics telling me they won't do the employment drug testing for my employees because New Era wasn't paying their invoices. I lost 3 new drivers because of that. They made my company look bad. I would definitely go with another drug consortium company.

I had great experience with New Era Drug testing, would get a reply to emails quick or calls would be picked up quick as well, if they were busy they would return the call right away, even after a month I had use their service ran into some confusion with a different location where I needed their help and they helped me right away and got everything clear up, would highly recommend this place especially working with sandy thanks for your help

Great working with New Era. They were very fast in intake and in processing. The staff knew what they were doing including State submissions, and was very helpful in getting things to a closure.
