I have used new era diesel for almost a year now and William is the most reliable trust worthy honest diesel mechanic who is an absolute master in this trade. I recommend this shop to anybody needing a reliable service. 5 stars isn’t enough.
Drove in with a 2 year old persistent problem throwing trans code (2 rebuilds, 1 replacement) and overall running terrible. Within 30 minutes Will had everything fixed. Was about to trade the truck in, now I’m loving driving it!!! Thank you!!!
My husband and I were in the area mountain biking when we noticed the truck wasn’t running properly. We found New Era through Google which had good reviews so we called and left a message. William called us back that night and got the truck in the next day. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road within the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a diesel shop in the area.
