Very happy with how everything turned out in my kitchen. The process was transparent, and Michael was patient with me as I took my time to decide on the cabinets, layout and finishes. The work went much quicker than I anticipated, and I appreciated that they took care of my space and kept it tidy and well protected while under construction. UPDATE** June 2024 We were so pleased with the Master Bath reno that we hired New Era to do a gut renovation of our new home. The project was complicated and they were able to bring in the job on time ad on budget. We used New Era to gut renovate one of our bathrooms and were extremely happy with our experience. They did demo, some minor adjustments to the plumbing and electrical, installed new tile, lights, a ceiling fan, a bath tub, plumbing fixtures and painted. I had a terrific experience with Michael and New Era and would recommend them to anyone, which is not something I would do lightly. Renovation in NYC can be so stressful and they took a lot of the stress out of that. They did a small bathroom renovation for me which took around 3 weeks, which was what was quoted. We originally chose New Era because we felt they were the most transparent during the estimate process. Michael explained theknowns and unknowns pre-demolition and what different scenarios would likely cost.
