The whole New Eras team was amazing! Michael was communicative and transparent throughout our remodel and helped us work through a few surprises and changes that came up during the construction process. Fernando and Fabian were thorough and thoughtful and treated our renovation as if it were their own. They put up with our annoying dogs and were respectful, friendly, and good-humored. The pride and care in the work was so apparent and I LOVE my new bathroom so much. Would recommend to anyone.
Very happy with how everything turned out in my kitchen. The process was transparent, and Michael was patient with me as I took my time to decide on the cabinets, layout and finishes. The work went much quicker than I anticipated, and I appreciated that they took care of my space and kept it tidy and well protected while under construction. UPDATE** June 2024 We were so pleased with the Master Bath reno that we hired New Era to do a gut renovation of our new home. The project was complicated and they were able to bring in the job on time ad on budget. We used New Era to gut renovate one of our bathrooms and were extremely happy with our experience. They did demo, some minor adjustments to the plumbing and electrical, installed new tile, lights, a ceiling fan, a bath tub, plumbing fixtures and painted.
