We just finished a massive gut reno of our condo, and couldn't be happier. Michael, Fernando and the team at New Era did a fantastic job! This was the first time I renovated my home, so I was new to everything and anxious to hire the right contractor. The New Era team were great partners from the first consultation through the final touch ups. They gut renovated my bathroom and kitchen and I love the end result. Michael was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He was attentive, communicative and honest in helping us determine what scope of a project to take on. I was impressed by his willingness to set up an onsite walkthrough right away, resulting in a very clear and thorough quote - and we ended right where he told us we would. A friend called my renovation "a NYC real estate fairy tale" because it was completed on time, within budget, with high-quality work, and I enjoyed the process. You can't ask for more! The whole New Eras team was amazing! Michael was communicative and transparent throughout our remodel and helped us work through a few surprises and changes that came up during the construction process. Fernando and Fabian were thorough and thoughtful and treated our renovation as if it were their own. They put up with our annoying dogs and were respectful, friendly, and good-humored. The pride and care in the work was so apparent and I LOVE my new bathroom so much. Would recommend to anyone.
