Amazing! Best dentist I have ever been to. I didn’t feel beat up and was asked how I was feeling throughout. They recognized that I was nervous. I also love how clean and new it is. I also got to watch the nature channel which helped distract me.
We are so lucky to have New Era Dentist right in our building! The first time we visited was when my mom had a bad toothache and needed an extraction. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly atmosphere, the kindness of Carla and Marylou, and Dr. Steven Huang’s professionalism. Since then, our whole family has become regular patients. I moved and I got lucky and some friends recommended White House Dental. Real pro's, my anxiety is way down.
I was prepared for the worst but got the best. In my case my appointment was the day after my initial call. My procedure was absolutely painless( root canal and filling). All the staff is so friendly and professional from first phone call to end of the visit it took my anxiety away entirely. Thank you sooo much New Era. I would recommend you to everyone.
New Era Dentist is a wonderfully clean, bright, inviting dental clinic! Carla and the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming, warm and friendly, they answered all my questions, dealt with my CDCP and advised me in advance of my portion of the costs.
