The best gym in Ottawa
I visited from the GTA and I wanted a great gym to train at. The whole team here were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this gym. If I lived in the Ottawa area I would totally join.
Training here with Jeff was amazing. Jeff taught me many martial arts skills and better yet life skills. If you are looking to change your life this is the place to be.
