We hired New Era Builds/Builders Source to do the dig, rebar and gunite for my new pool in July 2004. As the dig started (on the 19th of July), they found some stumps and roots. Alex came looking for $2,000.00 extra to cover extra dumping fees. I asked for some proof in the form of a receipt for this extra dumping of the roots and stumps. I never got a response.
